Order Information

On our Website we accept Major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and payment apps such as Google Pay. We currently use Square as our payment processor for secure payment transactions.

Received: Means that your order is confirmed and is being prepared for shipment.

Shipped: Your order is being shipped from our warehouse or warehouse third party provider. You will receive your tracking details on this notification.

Sales taxes will apply based on applicable laws and local government tax policies.

MapleX Shipping Policies

MapleX Naturals ships our products using delivery partners of our choosing based on economical rates that may be suitable to our customers. A tracking number and carrier used will be assigned to your order prior to leaving our warehouse. Delivery timelines are determined at the carrier level and will be accessible to you via your tracking number.

Prices are based on your shipping location and are subject to change in different shipping locations. All shipping prices are subject to rates by carriers and economic conditions beyond our control.

From time-to-time MapleX will offer promotional shipping rates, such as free shipping or no shipping cost with minimum purchase before taxes and after discount for specified Carriers. We will advise of those promotions on our Website or in our advertising.

MapleX Naturals does not currently ship outside of Canada and the United States. MapleX Naturals Inc. reserves the right to apply a basic fee for handling to Canada or USA shipments.

Shipping & Other Promotions We May Offer

MapleX Naturals Inc. reserves the right to adjust any offers currently available in Canada, as advertised on social media channels, and our www.maplexnaturals.com website. Free shipping orders are available to Ontario residents only – limited time offer. Offers cannot be applied to previously placed orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system, operational, or unforeseen problems.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Products purchased online and shipped are considered a final sale. For several reasons, and due to the health and safety concerns associated with our products, returns are not accepted. We will not exchange or refund items that have been damaged, opened, delivered and received by the customer, improper use or care and for any other reason not listed here.

MapleX Return Policy

As stated, due to the nature of our products, for health and safety reasons and, for the protection of all our customers we cannot accept returns.

MapleX Naturals Inc. use of carriers are simply for the purpose of delivery of our products to our customers. All carriers are independently owned businesses with their own terms and conditions for delivery and other services. We do not contract with, nor do we have any liability for lost, damaged, or the value of goods shipped.

All goods sold on the MapleX Naturals Website are at the risk of the buyer and are subject to that carrier’s delivery policies once it is in their possession. Therefore, any claim involving loss or damage to the goods should be directed solely against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly to the carrier. Remember to keep all packaging material, including the box in which the goods were delivered, since the carrier may request to inspect the damage.
